We attended the Oticon partners’ seminar in Cape Town.
From November 3–7, 2025, we attended the international Oticon partners’ seminar, held in the inspiring city of Cape Town, South Africa. It was a meaningful and motivating event, bringing together partners from around the world.
The seminar provided an excellent opportunity to meet people from diverse countries and cultures and to exchange experiences in audiology, technological solutions, marketing, and customer service.
In addition to presenting developments in audiology, the seminar featured several presentations and lectures covering the scientific aspects of hearing care. Topics included the use of artificial intelligence in audiology, the collaboration between hearing and the brain, and the link between hearing loss, cognitive health, and dementia.
The seminar also showcased the latest product innovations. For the first time, a detailed overview of the Oticon Zeal was presented – an innovative in-the-ear hearing aid that combines discreet design, ease of use, connectivity, and a modern audiological approach (arriving in Estonia in April 2026). The Oticon Intent BTE model was also introduced, offering flexible solutions for a variety of hearing needs and designed to provide the most natural and personalized hearing experience possible.
International gatherings like this highlight the importance of sharing experiences and collaborating – it is through this that better solutions are created and even higher-quality service is offered to clients. We returned from Cape Town full of new ideas, valuable contacts, and great motivation.
