We attended the European Federation of Hard of Hearing People conference, “A Better Future for People with Hearing Loss.”

On April 25, 2025, the European Federation of Hard of Hearing People (EFHOH) conference, organized in collaboration with the Estonian Hard of Hearing Association, took place in Tallinn. The conference, titled “A Better Future for People with Hearing Loss”, brought together members, stakeholders, and advocates from across Europe to discuss important issues affecting the hard-of-hearing community.

The seminar focused on EU policies, regional hearing-related topics in Estonia and the Baltic countries, and our collective right to hear and be understood, including progress in hearing health and accessibility.

Kuulmisrehabilitatsiooni Keskus was honored to participate in this important event. Attending the conference gave us the opportunity to showcase our work and share our experiences in supporting people with hearing loss. We heard inspiring presentations on sustainable work life and hearing care for people with hearing loss, as well as introductions to various technological solutions designed for the hard-of-hearing community.

The event provided an excellent platform for exchanging knowledge and building international connections, which will help us support people with hearing loss even more effectively in the future. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in the EFHOH conference and look forward to upcoming collaborative projects that will improve the lives of people with hearing loss in Estonia and across Europe.
